Return Policy

Returns

We do not offer returns nor refunds for our promotional products unless these goods are faulty, have factory defects or have been manufactured with the wrong specification.

To avoid any confusion, we suggest you order a sample of a promotional item of your choice and take advantage of the print preview option on our website. This allows you to see, feel, and touch the product before ordering larger quantity. We recommend you to make use of this sample option on our website as well as the print preview option to avoid any misunderstanding.

Should you find that your products are faulty or have been supplied with the wrong color or specifications, be sure to let us know in writing within 5 working days of receiving your order. You can only register your return by email at cs@allbranded.com.

allbranded shall not be held liable for any loss of or damage to the goods in transit unless such issues are noted at the time of delivery with the courier. 

We do not accept returns or refunds under the following circumstances:

- If you are unsatisfied with the material of the goods and did not order a sample in advance

- If you do not like the print result, although it corresponds to the sample/print preview

- If you do not like the size, the color or the positioning of the print

- If you do not like the product you have ordered due to personal reasons

If you would like to submit a return, please email us with a written complaint and your order number. This is the only way we can process your request and accept a possible return. These are the following information we need:

• Company name

• Order number

• Product info (type & quantity)

• Reason for returning the product

• Photos of the damaged goods

• Info about the number of products affected

• Whether you prefer a refund or a replacement

Refunds

If you ordered branded merchandise from our website, unfortunately, you cannot return your products nor can we offer you a refund, unless the products have defects such as material, color or print color.

Should you find that your products are faulty or have been supplied with the wrong color or specifications, be sure to let us know in writing within 5 working days of receiving your order. You can only register your return by email at cs@allbranded.com.

Additionally, once your request is processed, you will receive a confirmation via email. Please note that depending on your payment method, it may take up to 7 to 14 business days to see your refund amount in your account.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, we suggest you do so as quickly as possible. We are only able to cancel your order and offer a refund if production hasn't started yet (for branded items) or if your order hasn't already been sent out (for non-branded items).
